Midnight Munchies Protein Pancakes

For those of you who have a major sweet tooth at night- this one's for you!

Toss out the packaged cookies, full-fat gallons of Ice Cream, and king-size candy bars and trade it in for a tub of tasty protein powder! No no, I'm not telling you to replace your midnight munchies with a protein shake....I wouldn't do that to you (although it is the preferable alternative). But there is definitely something about chewing your food that leaves you way more satisfied that drinking it. 

Here are the perfect Midnight-Munchies Protein Pancakes to satisfy your late night cravings without the guilt! Here's what you'll need:


Yep, super guilt free and I promise they are just as fluffy and delicious! If you have a waffle maker you can also use this same recipe for those!

Step 1: Spray pan or waffle maker with non-stick spray
Step 2: Blend Oats and Protein Powder together in a hand-held blender (or whatever you have) until it turns into a flour-like texture
Step 3: Add Egg Whites, Cashew Milk, Cinnamon & Stevia to blender - blend until smooth
Step 4: Pour mixture in pan or waffle maker and wait a few minutes for the edges to become crispy before flipping the pancake or shutting the lid. If you are making it as a pancake- you will want to cook the first side longer than the second side. For waffles- leave the waffle maker open for the first 2 minutes, then shut for the remaining 2 minutes or so. Flipping pancake too soon or shutting waffle maker immediately will cause it to splatter/not turn out right.

If you are trying to lose weight- definitely opt for the berries and SF syrup combo... I'd advise against the scoop of Icecream on top unless your goal is bulking.
