In honor of National Waffle Day
tomorrow,
here is a super simple recipe you can use to whip up some Gluten Free
Waffles!
Ingredients
3 egg whites, or 2 egg whites +1 whole egg
2 Tbs. Coconut Flour
2 Tbs. Un-sweetened Almond/Cashew Milk
½ C rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet of stevia
Directions
1.Whip the egg whites and milk in a bowl
with a whisk or egg beater/hand mixer.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon,
and stevia.
3. Pour egg/milk mixture into the bowl
with the dry mixture and whisk together
4. Pour combined mixture on to the greased waffle iron and let cook for 3-4
minutes or until brown.
5. Top as desired and enjoy J
